Claim Forwarding

Claim forwarding allows payers to easily send a claim to another individual, such as a spouse or parent, directly through their online banking interface.

A forwarded claim cannot be forwarded again, and customers can track which claims they’ve sent, their payment status, and even pay the claim if it remains unpaid. They also have the option to recall or undo the forwarding. Payments will be booked to the original customer’s account, ensuring proper matching against the bill. The forwarded claim can be rejected by the recipient, and optional references can note the actual payer in the payment.
